Customer Care Assistant Manager (MKT)
Report to: Manager of Customer Care Indonesia
Major Responsibilities:
* To familiarize with the companys products and services
* To prepare systems and user documentations
* To establish good business relationship with customer
* To record, collage and report feedback from clients or suppliers
* To record, report and troubleshoot, if possible, all software error discovered
* To carry out any other project or duties as delegated by the Management
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Bachelor Degree in any discipline
* Must have good command in English, both spoken and written
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a working experience
* He/She must also be a very patient person
* Good knowledge in email and internet technologies would be added advantage
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
