REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER (RBM) Based in Bandung
Main Responsibilities:
a. To execute & to ensure overall operation activities to be effective & efficient
b. To lead continuous process productivity and quality improvements programs
Qualifications:
1. Male / female, max. 30 years old
2. S1 / S2 Degree from reputable university majoring in Engineering, Business, or Management with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Min. 3 years experiences in leadership preferably Banking or Insurance
4. Excellent in leadership skill
5. Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill, both written and oral
6. Good in management skill
7. Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
